I'm a competitive rock climber and performance coach with 5 years of experience building goal-oriented training programs for athletes around the world. I've coached 115+ athletes across disciplines — from beginner boulderers to competitive sport climbers, backcountry skiers, and ultra runners. My philosophy is simple: disciplined, progressive, science-backed training tailored to your goals.

All levels welcome. I've coached athletes from their first month on a wall to V10+ boulderers. Your program is built for where you are right now.
Programs are built around what you have access to — gym, home wall, hangboard, or just a pull-up bar. I've written plans for athletes training out of vans.
Your program is hosted on Notion — easy to pull up on your phone right in the gym. We'll walk through it together on a call so you know exactly what you're doing and why. Weekly check-ins are via text.
